They only do things the right way, from what I've experienced. They have a professional attitude, while still treating everyone very cordially. I trust them with my jewelry, and I don't ever feel like they are trying to make a sale. Even now I am having one ring, an antique, resized, and another repaired. I'll let you know if the service is less than it always is!
