  My dishwasher was a great deal and then, arrived dented, now I wait on the new one. I think they should just sell appliances, mattresses and seasonal and get rid of everything else in the store. Store needs updating and they also didn't answer the phone when I called. I love my appliances, BUT, do help the customers better, please. Some employees are good at helping and some need to be better. Now, they are nagging me to death with telemarketing calls to buy more warranty on the products I bought and the install guy tried to pull a fast one on charging me 90 dollars more in person to change stove from gas to propane, even though I already had paid Sears. I told him I had already paid for that, but he argued that it was for something else. Turns out NO, HE WAS TRYING TO RIP ME OFF. I brought it up to the manager, who got a hold of the install company, who called and said, I would be getting $90 check in mail. Ummm, haven't seen it yet. The check is in the mail?

  I spent almost $200 there because they said I would get $60 or more back in "points". When I went to use the points on the website (before the expiration date on the receipt) it sad "Expiration Dates May Vary" You have $5 in points. Also, I waited in line for ages behind this other poor guy who was being interrogated for 15 minutes because he had also made the horrible mistake of answering yes to "do you want points back for free stuff"
