Quite difficult to get the undivided attention of mgr. craig. ..his subordinates do part of their best to solve legitimate questions regarding return of defective merchandise from abroad...if you spend enough. I did and was rather put-off by staff...or, maybe I,ll just go away. Not today!

I think this store has a wonderful selection of unique items. But, some of the staff are indifferent, and the bait and switch is real. They have a while Christmas section. We found a lovely $120 item that was the last in the store with no box. The sign right beside it said 40% off all Christmas decor. We confirmed that with a start and took it up to buy. There we were told it was only 20% off and the mgr. Said the sign says "up to 40% off". I pointed to the sign and proved that was not what it said. Now he says it's not considered a Christmas decor. I guess it was just"winter" with its snow and red birds. We left without it or any of the other stuff we had in our hands and we won't be back. Dishonest and sad.

Absolutely terrible staff. They treated me like it was annoying that I was even in the store and like I was interrupting them from whatever they were doing. I went to ask a female employee about the sale prices and she didn't make eye contact with me and acted like it was so annoying that I was asking her. I wasn't really bothered by this and went on shopping. I was minutes away from making a purchase when one of the employees gave me a nasty look when I was trying out a chair I was going to buy. A few minutes later he then walked up to me and asked me to not mess with the furniture that I was about to purchase ie in a sarcastic tone "can you please not touch that" while exhaling with attitude. If he was worried about the furniture that situation should have been handled in a much more professional way rather than snarky looks and snide comments. I left without buying anything and will never be back.
