  I just wanted to take a minute and acknowledge two very awesome employees of Orvis. I had a problem with a non-Orvis reel. I contacted Jake at the Charlottesville, VA store and he said he was there until 6pm tonight and he would be happy to look at it. When I arrived Jake was helping another customer so I started talking with Andy. I know both Jake and Andy from the 101 and 201 classes that I have brought my boys to. Both are very knowledgeable and give the kind of customer service that is hard to find these days. Jake came over after finishing with the other customer and took a look at my reel. After about 5 -6 minutes he came up with an idea and manufactured a part that would get my reel working. I do not have the extra cash to get me a nice Orvis reel right now but plan to get one soon. The customer service that is given at the Charlottesville store is above and beyond what I expected and employees like Jake and Andy will defiantly keep me coming back for all my fly fishing supplies and questions!!
