First of Kaelynn and Charlotte went above and beyond to help her find what would be her size in the future and what colors would look best on her. So patient with our millions of questions and I never felt like a bother. I am seriously obsessed with this store not only because I love Lulus but the service there is phenomenal!

I've had a few problems with items getting holes (brand new and some used), but whenever I needed help they fixed the problem promptly. The staff is very accommodating and professional and so is customer service. I am a regular shopper and will continue to be. Great brand with great inspiration behind it. Highly recommended.
