  If I could leave ZERO stars, I would have. I had a horrible experience at this location with two of the employees this afternoon. I just needed to run to the store to grab something cold to drink, so I quickly left my house to go to the service station. My service dog was with me, but was not wearing his vest, as this is not legally required. He's a psychiatric service dog and is a miniature dachshund. When I entered the store, one of the ladies behind the counter yelled across the store (in an extremely nasty tone) "YOU CAN'T HAVE A DOG IN HERE!" I calmly told her that he was a service dog and her response was to give me a nasty look and roll her eyes at me and she gave off the strong impression that she thought I was lying. I repeated that he was a service dog and walked back to get my drink. Another customer who was leaving the store actually asked me if I was Okay after they approached me in that way. After the customers in front of me, who were there when I was yelled at, were finished with their transactions...the women who had yelled walked to the other end of the counter. I let the girl checking me out know that they might want to learn the laws regarding service dogs, because they could easily be sued for the way they treated me. They both gave attitude with the one who had yelled at me saying "we have food in here" and the one at the register saying "we KNOW the laws." I said, "apparently you do not, because the way that you approached the situation is illegal and you are supposed to ask if the dog is a service dog." The one checking me out then stated "well, we just don't care." I just raised my eyebrows at her in disbelief. she shoved my change at me and I left with her sarcastically saying "have a BEAUTIFUL day..." I have never been treated so poorly and received such ignorant and negative comments in my life. In my opinion, these ladies need to have serious consequences that they face. I have called corporate and am waiting on a call back to discuss the situation. Absolutely disgusting. I do not have to defend myself or my service dog, but I was tempted to drive back and shove my physicians letter in their face...just because. Learn your ADA laws!
