  I love 2 hours away from this beautiful shop. I only trust Roger and his jewelers,wax casters, diamond setters to handle my jewelry when I need any work done or repairs. He worked with me recently to make a gorgeous custom necklace. The work of the jewelers is exquisite. Roger has beautiful antique and unique jewelry in his store for purchase. The customer interaction is a delight. I cannot say enough good things without sounding like a family member who is planted to gush. The Jewelers Eye and the owner Roger Hautsch are a wonderful hidden jewel off main street in Charlottesville.

  Used them to help with some estate jewelry many years ago. Recently bought some beautiful items that were unique for gifts. The owner Roger is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects and a pleasure to work with. I feel this is a trustworthy place to do business.

  I have to say this was some of the best interactions I have ever had with a store/salesperson. My girlfriend and I made multiple trips, often vacillating between rings/stones, and Roger was amazing the entire time. He was knowledgeable, patient, and understanding with a dash of interesting personal stories. I wish all my shopping interactions were this good!
