I shop this store at least once a month and occasionally need to bring items back that my husband may not like or that didn't work in the space at my home. Everyone is friendly when I am buying but seems to lose their friendliness when I make a return. The store is clean, organized and i love shopping there but i don't like feeling like I'm doing something wrong when making a return.
