  In brief, a total litany of failure to meet expectations. If you're told 2 days, it will take a week. If you're told they'll call you, they'll forget. If they say 8AM, they'll mysteriously get caught in traffic every time. Floors Are Us installed my floor in 2013, took 2 days longer than quoted, and damaged the floor upon finishing. Took another two weeks to get it fixed. Now, in 2017, the transitions to carpeted areas have become damaged. Three weeks ago, I called them to have it fixed. They told me they would call me the following day to schedule a time to look at it. No call for a week. I call again, they tell me Rusty will show up the next day. He spends 3 minutes looking at it, then tells me he'll call me with a crew to fix it the next Monday. Wednesday rolls around, no call from Rusty. Turns out he forgot that I needed work done, and a crew will come Thursday morning first thing. Now, Thursday morning, the crew was "caught in traffic" and, 2 hours later, still have not shown up. Every step of the way, Floors Are Us has set an expectation and failed to follow through. Save your time (and don't waste precious vacation days waiting around), take your business elsewhere.
