  Drove from Farmville out here to have my vintage 1601 Date Just sized. Rob the store manager was very informative and assisted me happily. I looked at a few other watches, and he was no pressure in sales. Did not buy a watch today, but I will be back to purchase a Hamilton he showed me soon. Great experience.

  WOULD NOT LET ME POST WITH A NO STAR RATING!!!!! BUT ID LIKE TO SAY THAT FINKS EMPLOYEES ARE THE MOST RUDE PEOPLE IVE EVER DEALT WITH! HAS NO PATIENCE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. I AM VERY UNPLEASED WITH THEM!! ALSO, MINE OR ANY OTHERS I MAY KNOW WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH FINKS. THANK YOU.

  Absolutely amazing customer service; we love the whole staff. Diane is a total sweetheart and very knowledgeable about the jewelry and designers. A wonderful shopping experience!
