When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Susanna. When we described our problem she immediately took the phone and checked the charging port and noticed a lot of debris. After clearing it out she was able to get the charger in and began charging the phone. We so appreciated her knowledge, friendliness and help in solving our issue.
