  Their agent, named Bob, was very rude and unprofessional. I took an item back for an exchange (wife had got it for me). After disappearing for a minute, Bob returned and said: "my answer to you is no, no exchange...Have a good night, Bye!" I loved Banana Republic until this encounter with a very unprofessional agent. He would be better off working for the DMV or the DSS. Very dissatisfied.. FMH 11.5.2014

  Wonderful staff. I love their outfits. The clothes are made of high quality material and feels great. As for the price, you get what you pay for. You pay a bit more but the clothes lasts you a very long time.
